This isn’t your average burger joint-Hubbox has carved out a name for itself as a go-to destination for seriously satisfying eats, killer cocktails, and a chill setting that keeps both locals and visitors coming back for more.

Now, let’s talk about the menu-a playground for anyone who loves bold, indulgent flavours. The Double Cheeseburger hits all the right notes: juicy patties, melted cheese, and all the trimmings sandwiched between soft buns. For a more adventurous twist, the Mackerel Burger adds a fresh, coastal touch that’s perfect for seafood lovers.

Vegetarian or not, the Halloumi Burger is a must-try. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and stacked high with flavour, it pairs perfectly with a side of Halloumi Fries or the iconic Dirty Fries, which are loaded with toppings and just messy enough to make you smile. Craving something spicy and playful? Go for the Dirty Disco Chicken Burger-crispy chicken, bold sauces, and just the right kick of heat.

But Hubbox isn’t just about burgers. If you're in the mood for sharables, Pulled Pork Nachos, Burnt End Beans, and Chicken Wings bring some serious variety to the table. Want something a little different? The Mother Clucker Fries combine crispy fried chicken with loaded fries in a way that could easily become your next obsession.

To wash it all down, Hubbox Truro delivers on drinks. Their Long Beach Iced Tea, Mojito, and Espresso Martini are not only Insta-worthy but also crafted with care. There’s a great beer selection for hopheads, and if you’re keeping it classic, don’t miss their Hot Chocolate or Oreo Milkshake. The Malt Shakes also bring a nostalgic vibe that hits just right with any of their dessert options.

Speaking of desserts, Hubbox doesn’t hold back. Whether you're finishing off with a sweet treat or sipping your way through their great tea selection, there's a comforting endnote to every meal here. The vibe is casual, the staff is friendly, and the food always brings a creative twist that keeps things interesting.

Accessibility is another area where Hubbox stands out. With wheelchair-accessible seating and toilets, the space is designed to be inclusive and easy to navigate. Though there’s no designated accessible parking, the central location in Truro makes it convenient to reach on foot or via local transit.

Popular for lunch and dinner, Hubbox Truro shines whether you’re dropping by for a midday refuel or settling in for an evening feast. It’s also a solid choice for solo dining, thanks to its welcoming atmosphere and quick, attentive service.

Exceptional. Particularly good options for low carb type 1 diabetic. How choice double cheese with no bun and salad. Excellent presentation of the food (we’ve seen some awful things in other restaurants). Well done.

Super cool venue with extra tasty food inside .. Converted church now churning out a fine selection of bugers and other sides, this was our first visit and initially was curious due to it being an old church. Very trendy decor, awesome 80's playlist on in the background and the staff super friendly. We enjoyed our food and drinks here and would recommend it absolutely. Kids eat free Mon - Thursday 11 - 5 pm currently, so make the most of that. Burgers were delicious, onion rings were huge and tasty, chips were awesome and the kids enjoyed theirs, job done! Thanks, Hub Box.

I've been here twice. I'm pretty sure the first time I came, I ordered a chicken burger that didn't appear on the menu the second time around but regardless, both times, I was presented with one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Such fresh, tasty, well seasoned chicken, fried in a batter in fresh oil that left a light, airy crisp coating. Perfection. Service is on point, accomodating, super friendly and prompt. All of this whilst set in what I believe is a converted church. Heavenly indeed

Exceeded expectations, the food was absolutely phenomenal and the bathrooms were the cleanest and nicest bathrooms I’ve ever experienced in a public space! Such friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Me and my partner ordered the halloumi fries, onion rings and cheese burgers and it was truly the best burger restaurant I’ve ever been to. Best spot if you’re in Truro, will be coming back next year!
